Privacy Policy
We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to run the club, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to see or delete it at any time.

01Who we are
SLC Padel Club (“SLC Padel Club”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website slcpadelclub.com and the padel facility located at 2269 S 1200 W Suite 105, Woods Cross, UT 84087, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and club services, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It applies to slcpadelclub.com and to the related pages we operate. It does not apply to third-party websites or services we link to, which have their own privacy policies.
02Information we collect
Information you give us directly. This includes information you submit through forms, email, phone or in person, such as:
- Your name, email address and phone number when you subscribe to our newsletter, request information, or contact us.
- Membership, class, clinic and event registration details, including emergency contact information and, for junior programs, a parent or guardian's contact details.
- Payment and billing information collected by our booking and payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our systems).
- Any other information you choose to send us, such as messages, feedback or reviews.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical data, such as:
- IP address, approximate location, device type, operating system and browser.
- Pages viewed, referring pages, links clicked, and time spent on the site.
- Cookies and similar identifiers, as described in the Cookies section below.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our court-booking platform, payment processors, social media platforms when you interact with our profiles, and from advertising or analytics tools we use.
03How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and manage court bookings, memberships, lessons, clinics, leagues and events.
- Respond to your questions, requests and customer-service enquiries.
- Send you newsletters, club updates, event announcements and promotions you have signed up for.
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and services, including analytics and troubleshooting.
- Measure the performance of our marketing and understand how visitors find and use our site.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, safety and property of our members, staff and club.
04Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required for the site to work. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage statistics. Google may process this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time.
05How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that operate our booking platform, process payments, host our website, send our emails, and provide analytics, acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisors. Accountants, insurers and lawyers, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to investigate suspected fraud, safety issues or violations of our terms.
- Business transfers. If the club is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent. In any other case where you ask us to or agree to it.
06Third-party services and links
Court reservations, program registrations and payments are handled through our third-party booking platform, and our members area is operated as a separate application. When you use those services, the information you provide is processed under their own terms and privacy notices as well as this policy.
Our site also links to third-party platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites we do not operate.
07Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — typically for the duration of your membership or relationship with the club, and afterwards for as long as required for accounting, tax, insurance, dispute-resolution and other legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
08Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls for staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09Your rights and choices
You may at any time:
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal and contractual limits.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any message, or by emailing us. We will still send you service messages about your bookings or membership.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example, California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of the EEA or the UK have rights under the GDPR. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email us at info@slcpadelclub.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it, and we will respond within the time frame required by applicable law.
10Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Junior players are registered for our academy and youth programs by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the information required for participation. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on our website. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
