These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website slcpadelclub.com and of the services offered by SLC Padel Club (“SLC Padel Club”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including court reservations, memberships, lessons, clinics, leagues and events.

By using our website or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services. Additional rules — such as club rules, program terms, cancellation policies and any waiver you sign at the facility — apply alongside these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a court, purchase a membership or create an account. Minors may take part in our programs when registered by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and remains responsible for their conduct at the club.

You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.

Court reservations and program registrations are made through our booking platform. Prices, membership tiers, program schedules and availability are shown at the time of booking and may change.

Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Recurring memberships are billed automatically on the schedule shown at sign-up until you cancel, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where our published cancellation policy provides otherwise.

Cancellations and no-shows are subject to the cancellation window published on the booking platform. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.

We may close courts or reschedule programs for maintenance, private events or circumstances beyond our control. Where we cancel a session, we will offer a reschedule or a credit.

While at the facility, you agree to follow all posted club rules and staff instructions, including those relating to footwear, court etiquette, equipment, guests, children and the use of common areas.

We may refuse entry, cancel a booking, or suspend or terminate a membership — without refund — in cases of unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or repeatedly disruptive behavior, damage to the facility, or breach of these Terms.

Padel is a physical sport that carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for making sure you are physically fit to play, for playing within your ability, and for the supervision of any minor you bring to the club.

By using the facility, you voluntarily assume these risks. You may also be required to sign a separate waiver and release of liability before playing or joining a program; that document applies in addition to these Terms.

If you create an account with us or on our booking platform, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The SLC Padel Club name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs and video are owned by SLC Padel Club or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

We sometimes take photographs and video at the club for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in them, let a member of staff know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you send us reviews, comments, photos or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display that material in connection with the club. You confirm that you own the material or have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Our website links to and relies on third-party services, including our booking and payment platforms and our social media profiles. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, content or practices.

Our website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLC Padel Club and its owners, staff and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the website or our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SLC Padel Club and its owners, staff and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the facility or the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before starting a formal proceeding, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and we will update the “Last updated” date accordingly. Continuing to use our website or services after that means you accept the changes.
